("Bangkokpropfund", "we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of the Kingdom of Thailand ("PDPA"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data obtained through the website bangkokpropfund.com.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Bangkok Property Fund Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand under registration number 0105562180457, with registered office at 999/9 Rama IV Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect data you provide directly through our newsletter and consultation form (full name and email address), data automatically collected when you visit the site (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referral source and timestamps), and data collected with your consent via cookies (analytics identifiers, language preference).

We process personal data to respond to consultation requests (legitimate interest and contract), to send programme-related communications you have subscribed to (consent), to operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest), and to comply with Thai legal obligations including tax and anti-money-laundering rules (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data. 6. Retention

We retain consultation data for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, and accounting records for the periods required by Thai tax law (currently five years). Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 26 months.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC).

8. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures aligned with PDPA requirements, including TLS encryption in transit, role-based access controls and regular backups, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 20. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website.
